Sourdough Bone Broth Sandwich Loaf
Our sourdough sandwich loaf, hydrated with local, pasture-raised bone broth instead of water. This adds a more complex flavor dimension to the bread and gives it a deliciously chewy crust. The addition of bone broth also means this bread is packed with protein, collagen, gelatin and minerals. The type of bone broth (chicken, beef, or pork) we use will depend upon availability, but it will always be from a local farm that ethically pasture raises and cares for its animals.
Orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be picked up the following Friday or Saturday.
