Arugula Microgreens
Although slightly more subtle than mature arugula, these microgreens still have that delightful, peppery punch. Their delicate texture is best when enjoyed raw, so we recommend adding arugula micros to your sandwiches and salads, or using them as a garnish on cooked dishes.
Like their grown-up version, arugula microgreens are a nutritional powerhouse, but they are easier to digest, which makes all of those nutrients easier for your body to absorb. Arugula micros are rich in vitamins (A, B, C, E, K ), minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, iron ) and antioxidants (carotenoids like lutein and beta-carotene ) to keep you feeling your best.
Orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be picked up the following Friday or Saturday.
We grow all these microgreens in Browns Summit, North Carolina and harvest at peak freshness. We recommend keeping your micros in the refrigerator and enjoying within 7-10 Days of purchase.
