Beef Short Ribs
One of our personal favorites, these grass-fed Beef Short Ribs are the ultimate braising cut. Packed with flavor and collagen, they add a richness and depth to stews and soups. We suggest searing the short ribs and then braising for 2.5-4 hours, or pressure cooking for 45-60 minutes.
Sold frozen in vacuum-sealed packaging.
Orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be picked up the following Friday or Saturday.
