Sirloin Tip Roast

Our grass-fed Sirloin Tip Roast is flavorful and lean, so it is best cooked low and slow. We like it best when its  slowly roasted (keeping the leftovers for cold, sliced roast beef sandwiches), but it is also great for braising, stews and even grilled kebabs.

Sold frozen in individually wrapped, vacuum-sealed packaging.

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be picked up the following Friday or Saturday.
